All Small Batches for Flagship Prices! 

Get your 64oz growler filled for $15 and 32oz growlers for $8. Starting on Friday October 18 and following every Friday.

Friday October 18: “Tap & Talk” 

Try this year’s Blackberry Peach Crumble Cider and talk with the cidermakers! Arrive between 5:30 and 6:30 and get a guided tasting from the cidermakers.

Sunday October 20: Cider Making 101

Join co-founder and lead cider maker, Lief Stevens, for an introductory class in hard cider making. Learn the basics of turning your own fresh apple juice into hard cider. Participants will receive all the tools for making a gallon of hard cider. 

 

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Tickets are $30.00 per person

Max of 20 participants. Must be 21+ to attend. 


 

Friday October 25: “Tap and Talk” 

Be the first to try this year’s Sweet Potato Pie Cider and get the first-hand story of how Noble created this favorite fall cider. Arrive between 5:30 and 6:30 and get the very first sample and a guided tasting from the cidermakers.

Tuesday October 22: NC Cider Week Dinner

Join five local cider makers for an inaugural NC Cider Week Dinner at The Greenhouse featuring Chef Gavin Baker and our hometown cider makers Black Mountain Cider & Mead, Botanist & Barrel, Diadala, Noble Cider, and Urban Orchard.

Fellowship with the cidermakers, meet other cider enthusiasts, discuss past and current cider culture, and feast upon a creative 6 course menu with cider pairings. Attendees will end the evening below The Greenhouse at the soon-to-be-open DSSOLVR brewery for dessert, a first-look tour of their space, and a cider collaboration with Noble Cider.

Dinner will begin at 6:30PM sharp. Bar will be open from 5:30 - 6:30 for attendees only.

Tickets are $75 per person with limited seating.

Thursday October 24: Crafting with Cider Class   

Learn how to make cocktails and other delights using Noble Cider!

 

Join The Greenhouse’s award winning Beverage Curator, Matthew Hollingsworth, for a fun evening exploring the world of craft cocktails with a cider flair.  Sip a handcrafted cocktail created with Noble Cider and Oak & Grist,  Asheville's only 100% 'grain to glass' distiller, while learning useful techniques for creating your own cider cocktails.

Additionally, Chef Gavin will provide information on using cider in food recipes. Attendees will leave with take-home recipe cards to create cider infused food and drinks at home!

 

6:30pm - 8pm

Tickets are $20 per person in advance (by October 23rd). $25 per person at the door.

Sunday October 27:  Brunch + Beats 

Join us for a cider-centric brunch menu!  $3 cider spritzer and flagship pours all day! Rosarina Mobile Plant shop will be on site with awesome tropical plants for sale!
