This cider pays homage to a long history of French cider making, made with a blend of French apple cultivars grown at Lewis Creek Orchard. The tannins in these bittersweet apples and a long slow fermentation, lead to a full-bodied cider with a deeper, sweeter flavor with a rich fruit character and structure.
