First Crop, First Cider

To ensure a plentiful supply of local apples into the future, three years ago Noble Cider went into partnership with Lewis Creek Farm in Henderson County. Together we planted a new orchard that included a mix of European Bitter-sweet and US Heritage Apple Trees.

These young trees produced a tiny crop of apples this year for the first time and here is the first cider that we made from them. We can't wait to taste them and next year hopefully share them with you!
