First crop of European and Heritage Apples

Just a few years back, Noble Co-Founders Trevor and Lief met with Trey from Lewis Creek Farm in Henderson County to draw out plans for a fresh orchard of European and U.S. heritage trees that would diversify their crops and keep our cidery supplied with a steady harvest of locally grown apples. Not long after that conversation, we moved our original juicing press over to the farm for an easier farm to press process. With the trees now in their third year, we're starting to see the fruits of our labor...

Hard Cider apple varieties we planted:

Roxbury Russett

Goldrush

Harrison

Medaille d'Or

Harry Master's Jersey

Dabinett

Yarlington Mill

Wickson

Kingston Black

Ashmead's Kernel
