Just a few years back, Noble Co-Founders Trevor and Lief met with Trey from Lewis Creek Farm in Henderson County to draw out plans for a fresh orchard of European and U.S. heritage trees that would diversify their crops and keep our cidery supplied with a steady harvest of locally grown apples. Not long after that conversation, we moved our original juicing press over to the farm for an easier farm to press process.
