It's Blueberry Pressing Day!

It's blueberry pressing day! We started pressing real fruit and we still press real fruit and then ferment it into delicious hard cider. Our Spring Cider will be fermenting for a few weeks, ready for the some delicious Spring Sipping. Lief says: “What makes Noble Cider’s Blueberry cider unique is that that we ferment with the whole blueberry in the skin similar to the red wine making process. After pressing, the blueberries are then placed in a tank and fermented along with fresh apple juice, during which they leach color and tannins from their skin, helping to give our 'Blue Bard' Cider it's distinctive flavor.
