THE SPICY TART Fresh pressed local apple juice fermented with tart cherries, Serrano, and Ancho Chile Peppers. The fresh Serrano chiles add some heat and the dried Ancho chiles add a sweet and smoky flavor. The spicy flavors are balanced by the rich flavors of cherry and apple.
