The Greenhouse is set to open June 21st 2019 at 49 Rankin Avenue in downtown Asheville, North Carolina. Featuring a full bar with specialty cider cocktails, flights of brandies and calvados, and a full range of Noble cider on tap of course. The bistro will offer Michelin-inspired dining created by Chef Gavin Baker. You can expect a range of global flavors made from locally purveyed ingredients. The mid-century tropical garden room ambiance is warm and inviting, creating a full sensory experience to sit back, unwind, and enjoy.
