Welcome Thomas Swafford to the Noble Team, we are really happy that he has arrived to fill the role of Cellar Lead at the Cidery. Coming from Tennessee, he worked and trained at Yee-Haw Brewing Company in Johnson City for two years before moving to Asheville and becoming a great new member of our Team. Tom enjoys good times and wild fermentations. You can catch him at a local show or grilling out at the house.
